Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳42,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 total wagering required before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Rules
- A bonus offer is applicable once per person, household, or device.
- The account must be fully verified to receive a bonus.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are fulfilled.
- ku999 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be closed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
VIP Program
ku999's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback increases as you move to a higher tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your consistent activity on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to your account.
Gaming Policy
Fair Play and RNG

Technical Errors
